Our traditional lounge bar serves a broad range of fine wines, soft drinks, spirits and beers, an ideal atmosphere to relax in before or after dinner.
We open for breakfast, lunches and dinner in the evenings, as well as freshly ground italian coffees and afternoon teas and non-residents are more than welcome. We also serve, if we say so ourselves, a fantastic traditional Sunday roast!
We believe in our countryside when it comes to producing the finest regional ingredients and our menus allow us to showcase some of the finest local food producers, who share our enthusiasm. We take pride in sourcing our food from local suppliers, confident that Pembrokeshire Produce is some of the finest in the world – delighting the most discerning of palates – and meeting the highest standards of our executive chef Karl Jones-Hughes.
