Plas Hyfryd boasts a culinary team, led by a multi-award-winning Head Chef. Whatever the occasion – be it light bites on the external terrace, a special occasion, larger event or wedding, the food served at The Plas is first class, boasting broad and varied menus, using the finest of Pembrokeshire produce wherever possible.

We pride ourselves on the inclusivity of our menus, and great care is given to serving a tasty and vast ‘Free From’ Menu and our team strive to ensure that people with food intolerance and allergies enjoy as flavour-infused a menu as possible.

Serving food throughout the day be it breakfast, lunch, dinner, morning coffee and cake or for afternoon tea, you can enjoy wherever suits you. Scarlett's Bar, stylishly furnished, provides the perfect venue to lunch with friends and family. Scarlett's bar opens out on to our large external terrace, where guests can enjoy the bustle of Narberth in the distance. Whatever the weather, you can sit under our state of the art Pergola and enjoy the warmth from our fire pits. With views over the towns moor, it makes for a very relaxing setting.

The Landsker Room, just off Scarlett's bar, is a firm favourite of guests; ideal for private dining gatherings of up to 16, this cosy intimate room has original features and doors opening out on to the lawn.

Our Restaurant seats up to 50 guests boasting a warm homely feel and our Ludlow Suite seats up to 120 guests when fully occupied. As a new addition however,  we can now divide the Ludlow Suite into 2 rooms, one perfect for private dining up to 35 people and the other a fully accessible conference suite for up to 80 delegates.

At The Plas, we’re all about creating a bespoke and personal service for our clients and customers, and our culinary team are very happy to work with customers to create their own menu, bespoke to their event needs.
